20. Australian V8 Supercar Championship - Bathurst (NSW), 2004 - Ford Falcon V8
Matt drove with distinction in his first attempt at the Bob Jane T-Marts 1000 at the famed Bathurst track. Teaming up with Mark Larkham in an Orrcon Racing Ford Falcon, the pair drove a consistent race to finish 11th despite Matt having to overcome heavy steering for the last 20 laps. Orrcon Racing team mates, Jason Bargwanna and Mark Winterbottom, come home in 5th place.
